How Kinesiology can help.
Kinesiology achieves…
In clinical practice, kinesiology achieves consistent, long-lasting results to create a healthier, more vibrant version of yourself.
There are times in life when things don’t quite feel right – we get stressed, experience pain or other symptoms. If one area in our life is out of balance, others follow. We tend to miss or completely ignore the warning signs and keep going until we literally run out of steam.
As a far-reaching natural medicine field, Kinesiology achieves long-term positive outcomes for a vast variety of health issues and overall life concerns including relationship, career or personal difficulties. Kinesiology works effectively with the physiological and neurological systems of the body whilst also addressing mental and emotional factors.
Do you…

Techniques used in Kinesiology.
Through a combination of muscle monitoring, questioning and specific hand gestures, the practitioner is able to make multiple assessments and gather valuable information on the body’s condition. Equally, muscle monitoring guides the practitioner to find out what the most effective correction techniques are to shift and clear the stresses or release an engrained response pattern, therefore supporting the body and systems to re-gain and maintain equilibrium.
Some of the correction techniques may include:
- Gentle stimulation of meridians and acupoints through Five Element Acupressure technique (no needles are used)
- Muscle balancing techniques including neurovascular or neuro-lymphatic reflexes
- Sound therapy using tuning forks
- Vibrational remedies and homeopathic vials
- Essential Oils and Flower essences including Australian Bush Flower Essences®, Bach Flower Remedies, Desert Alchemy® Flower Essences
- Emotional stress release and defusion
- Specific breathing or relaxation exercises
- Visualisation techniques, affirmations and visual aids
- Balancing of chakras and other energy systems such as nadi channels
- Centering techniques to aid our posture and coordination of body movement.
