I have been working with 100s of clients in my clinic for nearly a decade, providing an integrative and holistic approach to complete wellbeing. 

I have always had a keen interest in progressing towards optimal health and wellbeing and have great respect for nutrition and fitness. When growing up in Europe, I initially turned to the medical world, in the hope of finding solutions to my health issues which ranged from digestive and thyroid problems to severe migraines and neck issues, albeit with short term or little improvements.

After moving to Australia, I continued searching and tried a variety of complementary therapies and approaches to health including yoga and other relaxation techniques. Over time I carefully selected a valuable network of natural health practitioners whose professional and personal insights assisted me in developing a broader perspective on health. Whilst I found some temporary relief and physical improvement, the issues kept returning and prevented me from living the life I wanted to live.

That was until I discovered kinesiology. Through a more holistic approach to health management, I slowly overcame my health and other life challenges including my long-term eating disorder. Experiencing the benefits of kinesiology firsthand, I knew I had found my calling.

After successfully completing my Advanced Diploma in Kinesiology with the renowned O’Neill Kinesiology College in Perth, I moved to the East Coast and opened my clinic in Port Macquarie. With my 10-year professional engagement as a corporate trainer and coach and 20 years of practicing and receiving Kinesiology, I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge and skills in caring for others.
