Kinesiology balances energy. It does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or cure disease. Kinesiology is a natural therapy and is not an alternative to, or replacement for, healthcare provided by a registered medical practitioner.

The information on this site is general in nature and should not be interpreted as personal medical advice or instruction. Readers should not take action based solely on the content presented here and are encouraged to consult an appropriate healthcare professional for any concerns relating to their health and wellbeing. The publisher is not a licensed medical practitioner.

The testimonials shared on this site are personal accounts of individual experiences with kinesiology. They are not claims to cure, heal, or treat any condition. Results vary from person to person, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed — every individual responds differently, and what benefits one person may not be the same for another.

A range of complementary tools may be used during kinesiology sessions, including essential oils, mists, flower essences, tuning forks, and homeopathic vials. These tools are selected through muscle testing and are used to support the kinesiology process. Oils are most often used aromatically and may occasionally be applied topically with your consent. Mists may contain essential oils, flower essences, and standard base ingredients. These tools are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Clients are encouraged to advise of any allergies, sensitivities, or contraindications before use, and consent is always sought before any take‑home essence is provided.

From time to time, complementary products such as essential oils, mists, or flower essences may also be available for purchase to take home. These products are optional and entirely at the client’s discretion.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Complete Being Kinesiology is committed to providing exceptional service and care to all clients. This policy helps to ensure a smooth, respectful, and fair experience for everyone.

Appointment Confirmation

Whether the appointment is booked online, at the clinic, or directly with Lexi, you will receive an email containing your confirmation details and a convenient link to add the session to your preferred calendar.

Online Bookings

When booking through our online scheduling system, the following terms apply to secure your appointment:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointment types
  • This deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the consultation fee
  • The deposit ensures your appointment time is reserved and allows the system to securely store your card details for future billing if required.

Appointment Reminders

To help you remember your upcoming consultation, you will receive the following courtesy reminders:

  • Email reminder — sent 7 days prior, allowing you to make any required changes via the online booking link or by contacting Lexi directly on 0407 742 111
  • SMS reminder — sent 3 days prior. If you need to make changes at this point, please contact Lexi promptly on 0407 742 111.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees may be applied at our discretion or in any of the following circumstances:

  • Cancellations made the day prior, or with less than a 24-hours’ notice, will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked consultation (incl. GST)
  • ‘No shows’ or same-day cancellations will incur the full consultation fee (incl GST).

If a cancellation fee is outstanding:

  • If card details are stored in the booking system, the fee will be processed automatically and a receipt issued via the Square Payment Portal
  • If the stored card cannot be charged, the outstanding fee must be settled before any future consultations can be booked
  • If no card is stored, payment can be made via phone, or bank details will be emailed for prompt transfer.

These conditions apply to all appointment types.

If you are Unwell

If you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms, or are unable to attend the clinic for any reason, your face-to-face appointments can be changed to an online consultation at short notice.  Online sessions are equally effective and are typically delivered via Zoom, offering a simple way to avoid cancellation fees while still receiving the support you need.

NSW Public Health Regulation 2022

The NSW Government has released the Public Health Regulation 2022 which commenced on 1 September 2022. The Regulation carries over many of the provisions in Public Health Regulation 2012 while also including a range of new provisions. The NSW Code of Conduct for non-registered health practitioners has been in place since 2012 and is now updated for 2022. Note the term non-registered health practitioners refers to those who are not registered with AHPRA (which would apply to most natural health care practitioners).

The details of the revised Code are available via the link below:
