Nurturing an abundant mindset.

Posted on Feb 6th 2020

Do you live your days from a viewpoint of abundance or one of lack or scarcity? It can be easy to get drawn into negative thoughts and attitudes, perhaps prompted by a particular incident at work, or, especially of late, by watching the news and hearing about the fires and the environmental challenges. Such events can deeply influence us, and we can, often unconsciously, get stuck in a space of negativity, low spirit and even anxiety, which can be tricky to find a way out of.A mindset of scarcity or gloom can affect our mood, motivation and energy. It may also influence our relationships, our performance at work or our drive to accomplish what ...

Creating space for stillness.

For as long as I can remember a part of me wanted to meditate, intuitively sensing that the practice of meditation would do wonders for me – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Why may you ask? My German upbringing was ingrained with a cultural norm to continually strive for more; I always had a tendency to work too much and felt lost when I was asked to relax. How do you feel about change?

Posted on Oct 1st 2019

Change as they say, is inevitable - regardless of how big or small, there always seems to be a certain level of discomfort that comes along with it. Not surprising really - the reality is, any type of change takes us out of our comfort zone, especially changes we don’t initiate! Follow the path to a new you.

Posted on Aug 21st 2019

I love this photo. I love how the wooden pathway makes a beeline for the water. I feel like I can walk right to the edge and just dive in.And that’s what I did! I have just returned from spending three weeks in Sri Lanka, a holiday I have been planning (and dreaming about) for three years. And it was everything I expected and more. It was time to tour an exotic country, with a beautiful blend of adventure, and fun with relaxation and rejuvenation.I think one of the wonderful things from travel is to gain a new perspective on life; there is nothing like stepping away from your real world ...

New arrival - Testing kits

Posted on Feb 19th 2019

Exciting announcement – the new testing kits have arrived! With 12 months in the making, I’m thrilled to reach this milestone of expanding my services to offer more detailed nutritional testing & allergy assessments. I’ve been working with a range of homeopathic vials over the last few years, including hormones, vitamins, minerals & heavy metals. Through muscle monitoring, I am able to assess the client’s response in relationship to the vial, enabling me to understand relevant stress factors/imbalances so I can then address them with the appropriate correction techniques. Specifically, for dietary intolerances, the Grain & Dairy Kit, together with the Sugar Kit (includes salicylates & amines), allow me ...
